• Burns for 35+ hours (9oz) 60+ hours (16oz) when burned in 4 hour intervals
• Frosting, wet spots and rough tops are all normal occurrences with soy wax and are purely cosmetic
• 9oz candles are best for smaller rooms, bedrooms/bathrooms
• 16oz candles are best for living/ dining rooms (not a large open space)

• Allow candle to fully melt to the edges of the container to avoid tunneling
• Always trim your 1/4 inch before every burn
• Keep candle out of reach from children, pets, and flammable objects
• Never leave candle unattended
• Always light candle in a well ventilated area

Even with pet safe candles, pets can still be sensitive to certain smells and have their preferences

We do not offer returns. Any issues must be communicated within 21 days. If the item is damaged during transit you must reach out within 21 days of receiving your candle, with a picture of the damaged candle and I will be happy to send a replacement/refund. In the event you receive your candle and are not happy with the scent (cold throw), you will have 21 days to contact me and I will be happy to either send you a different candle or refund you. **Candles must be sent back in their original condition and buyer will be responsible for shipping cost.
